Summer Workouts to start on Monday June 6th

It is time for the incoming WWCC players to use the summer to get/keep their bodies in shape and to get better as a player and an athlete. Remember that when you do the workouts is not important. But weekly you should lift weights (the program is not important), run for distance, take shoots on goal, strengthen your core muscles, play soccer even if it is small sided games and run some sprints. Click here for a link on the detailed workouts. Remember that the starters for the first scrimmage will be based on those who come into summer camp in the best shape.
