Three More in the Double Deuce Club




Congratulations are in order for Three WWCC Soccer Players - Mitchell Cooper, Erik Stembridge and Taylor Egbert. The Mustangs just finished up their 16 session weight training for the 2011 - 2012 school year. Mitchell, Erik and Taylor reached the milestone of the covenanted Double Deuce Club. A player can reach this milestone by lifting 220,000 pounds of weights in 16 sessions, completing the 4 main lifts of Bench Press, Box Squats, Dead Lifts and Power Cleans. The players can also add two auxiliary lifts of their choice to help complete the feat. These three join only five other members of this club.
