Steven Shelley will again be a Mustang to give his all and keep the opposition honest in their defense. Steven comes to us from Elko Nevada and Elko High School. Steven had a great fall freshman campaign amassing 5 goals and 1 assist. Steven was a little hampered by injury during the fall, but he hit his stride towards the end of the fall. Steven's spring was even more impressive as he acted as the team's spring captain and scored 7 goals in 4 scrimmages while adding 1 assist. Steven Shelley played both a forward and a midfield last season. Steven was primarily used as a forward this spring. We will see what this fall brings for him position wise but we know that Steven will be a big part of the WWCC offensive plans in 2012. Steven even did his part in the classroom his first two semesters.
