Taylor Flitton - 1st Team All Region Returning for Sophomore Year

Taylor Flitton, a 1st Team All Region Player for the 2014-2015 season as a defender, has re-signed to continue his playing career at Western Wyoming Community College.  Taylor is a graduate from Davis High School in Kaysville UT.  Taylor was an immediate starter for the WWCC team as a center back.  He started 18 matches and played in 35 halves.  He most likely would have started in and played in more matches if not for a sore knee that slowed him down towards the end of the season.  Remarkably as a center back he had 13 Shots and 4 Goals.  All of his goals came from free kicks, scoring on Northern Iowa Area CC, Sheridan College, Northwest College and LCCC.
Taylor has the skills to play in the midfield as well as a center back and an outside back.  He has worked out with the spring team and scrimmages in all those positions.  Flitton will have 4 year schools knocking on his door as he finishes out his Mustang career and leads the 2015-2016 Western team to be the best that they can be.
