DJ Searcy has committed to join and play for the 2012 WWCC Mustang Soccer Team. DJ is a tall and dangerous forward who can also play any of the roles in the midfield. We first recruited DJ his senior year of 2011. DJ decided to go to another school right after high school and has now decided to return closer to home and continue his soccer career. DJ is a good student and should continue WWCC's tradition of high academics with their student athletes. Searcy was a graduate from Westlake High in 2011 where he scored a handful of goals for the new high school. DJ hails from Lehi Utah. We expect DJ to come into summer camp and be ready to get back to playing soccer at a high level and causing headaches to the opposing teams.
