Chandler Young a senior from Layton Utah and Layton High School has officially signed his National Letter of Intent to play at Western Wyoming Community College. Chandler is an outstanding person, player and student. Chandler has primarily played as an outside back for his High School and for his club team Forza FC. Chandler has also played for a College Recruiting team that has played against top competition including the RSL youth team from Arizona. We are excited at Western to have a player like Chandler joining on. Chandler will probably be used as an outside back for the Mustangs that will be used as a man marker and also be used to get into the attack on the offensive wide parts of the field. We felt that Chandler's experience along with his skill will help him to step right onto the Rock Springs campus in the summer and be able to fight for playing time and even a starting role from day one. We are so happy that Mr. Young chose WWCC as the place to further his education and start his collegiate playing career. Chandler is shown in each picture wearing number 8 jersey.
