Nathan Pierce - aka Thor has signed with Western Wyoming Community College for his sophomore season. Nathan is a Logan High graduate and played very well for the Mustangs his freshman year. Nathan is a defender and played primarily as a center back for the 2012 Mustangs. Nathan started 13 matches as a freshman and played in 40 halves. He even started our first match at Nationals versus the #1 ranked Darton State College. Nathan would have had more starts and halves played if he would not have suffered an ankle injury towards the end of September which did not totally heal until November. We envision Nathan as a center back again this fall 2013 season. But he possesses the skills and speed to play an outside back or even a center defensive mid. Nathan has shown great dedication to the program and team and has been named a 2013 spring captain.
