Austin Pinter Will Mind the Nets for the Mustangs

Austin Pinter a senior goalkeeper from Evanston WY and Evanston High School with transition this fall to a college keeper and a Mustang.  Austin is a tall and athletic keeper, seeing him this spring his strengths are speed and shot blocking ability. At Western Austin will fill in line with the many great goal keepers.  Austin is the second goal keeper that we have recruited from Evanston High, the first being Shawn Coryell.  Austin is a member of the Evanston High National Honors Society, he is an Eagle Scout.  Pinter also is a scholar athlete recipient from Tron Valley Community Federal Credit Union.  He holds himself to high academic standards and has maintained a 3.9 GPA in high school.  Austin should have a chance to show his skills and fight for a starting spot as a keeper this fall.  Austin is one of the leaders of saves in the state of Wyoming.  So, far his senior season he is allowing a 1.16 Goals Against Average.  Pinter has also recorded 4 shutouts on the 2013 season.  We wish him the best of luck and success both as he ends his Red Devil career and starts his Mustang career.
