Carson Broadhead will return and play his sophomore year at Western Wyoming Community College this fall season.  Carson is from Riverton High in Riverton Utah.  As a high school student Carson helped the RHS team to a 5A Utah quarterfinal match in the 2011 tournament.  Carson played the fall 2011 season for the Western Wyoming Mustangs.  As a freshman, Carson accumulated 17 starts and played in 46 halves.  He was an integral part of the 2011 WWCC team that posted 10 regular season wins and a 6 match winning streak.  Carson played mainly as an outside back but has the size and speed to also play a center back.  Carson was the 2011 Fitness Leader for the team.  His skills and his unrelenting work ethic may even push Carson into the midfield his sophomore season if needed by the team.  Carson is a wonderful student receiving academic awards including Dean Honor roll his freshman year at Western.  For the past two years Carson has been serving a full time LDS mission in Taiwan.  He will return stateside in July, and shortly after his return will report on August 1st to the 2014 WWCC Soccer training camp.  We are so excited to have Carson back to play one more year for the Red and Black.  We know that he will be a huge part of our growth and expected success this fall both on and off of the pitch,
