High School Update #2

 High School update #2 for the recruits coming into Western Wyoming Community College

Wyoming Players
Eric Ramirez and Alan Wendlandt 
The Rock Springs Tiger trio represented themselves and their high school well at the 2014 Wyoming State Soccer Cup held in Rock Springs WY.  The Tigers lost their first match but were able to win their next two matches to finish as 2014 4A WY State Consolation Champions.   The Tigers were the only team to score on Laramie High, the eventual 4A State Champions.  
Austin Moffitt - Austin and the Wolves from GRHS won twice and lost once during the weekend and ended up earning the 2014 3rd Place 4A WY trophy.  Austin and his teammates beat Cheyenne East and Cheyenne Central but fell to the eventual champions Laramie in the semi-final round.

Utah Players
Gunner Burrell and Levi Tams 
both started the 5A Utah State Championship match played on Thursday May 22 in Río Tinto Stadium.  Both Gunner and Levi played well but they and their team came up a little short as they lost the Riverton High team 1 - 0.  It was a sad ending to an otherwise great season for the Fremont High soccer team.
