One Mistake Dooms WWCC vs UVU Club

 One day after playing a 4 year school in Salt Lake the Mustangs returned to Rock Springs and hosted another 4 year team the Utah Valley Club team from Orem UT.

The offense for the Mustangs just was not ticking for the Mustangs on the day for the last pass or the finishing shot.  WWCC dominated most other elements of the match.

The lone goal of the match was in the 8th minute when a pass back to a center back was misplayed and left a UVU forward alone with the ball and he finished to give the Wolverines the early lead.

To demonstrate the offense generated with a scoring touch here are the WWCC players who had more than 1 shot on the day; Colton Harrison (3), Josh Abplanalp (4), Colby Hendrickson (3), Kade Moeller (3), Briston Lowell (3), Ramon Aparicio (2), Javier Arvayo (2) and Danny Becerra (3),

After a frustrating 90 minutes the final score was UVU Club 1 and WWCC 0.  The loss makes the WWCC record for 2017 1 - 1 - 0.

Mustang Man of the Match: Danny Becerra - Danny created multiple chances with his penetrating runs down the left side of the pitch.  Danny was the best player on the pitch for most of the match.
