Alan Wendlandt back for WWCC Sophomore Campaign

Alan Wendlandt, a soon to be sophomore for the Western Wyoming Community College, has re-signed to play his second year for the Mustang soccer team.  Alan is an alumnus of Rock Springs High in Rock Springs WY class of 2014.
Alan had a very productive freshmen year at Western.  Wendlandt took 15 Shots, he scored 1 Goal in his freshmen year.  The 2014 fall season was when Alan committed 5 Fouls, started 6 matches and played in 36 halves.

A knee injury slowed Alan down during the last half of the season and caused him to miss the last 5 matches including the Region IX playoff match against USU - Eastern.  His recovery has been good this spring and has been able to participate in the scrimmage at BYU and the indoor tournament at LCCC.
We expect a great sophomore season for Alan and know he has the skill to find playing time at any midfield position and even as a forward.
