Mustangs Could not Slow Down #5 Snow

On Tuesday in Ephraim Utah the Mustangs played against the Badgers of Snow College.  This was the second time the two teams faced off during this season.  Snow College winning the match in Wyoming.

Western knew what to expect out of Snow College on the pitch but could not execute the game plan on the field.  Snow College took and early lead scoring in the 3rd minute and never looked back.  The Badgers scored three more times in the first half, netting goals in the 13th, 41st and 42nd minutes.  The halftime score was 4 to 0 in favor of the home team.

The second half did not change the fortunes of the Mustangs as they struggled to gain possession and create any opportunities while giving Snow easy looks on their own goal.  Western would not score in the match and Snow added 5 second half goals.  The Badgers scored in the 54th, 70th, 78th, 82nd and 90th minutes.  The final score was an embarrassing 9 to 0 in favor of Snow.  The most recent loss drops Western's 2018 record to  0 - 11 - 0.

Mustang Man of the Match: Delaney Seilbach - Delaney provided a never die attitude and much needed leadership on the pitch.
